\u7b80\u800c\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u82f9\u679c\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u63d0\u9ad8iPhone 15\u7cfb\u5217\u7684\u8fd1\u63a5\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u624d\u9009\u62e9\u4e86IQE\u4f5c\u4e3a\u65b0\u7684\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u3002<\/p>\n

IQE\u548c\u8054\u4e9a\u90fd\u662f\u751f\u4ea7\u4ee5\u7837\u5316\u9553\u4e0e\u78f7\u5316\u94df\u4e3a\u57fa\u677f\u7684\u2162-\u2164\u65cf\u6750\u6599\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u78ca\u82af\u7247\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u3002IQE\u662f\u82f1\u56fd\u7684\u5916\u5ef6\u6676\u5706\u5927\u5382\uff0c\u800c\u8054\u4e9a\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u53f0\u6e7e\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5149\u901a\u4fe1\u6a21\u5757\u53f0\u5382\u3002<\/p>\n

\u636e\u6089\uff0cIQE\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u4f26\u6566\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4e13\u6ce8\u4e8e\u57fa\u4e8e\u7837\u5316\u9553(GaAs)\u3001\u78f7\u5316\u94df(InP)\u3001\u6c2e\u5316\u9553(GaN) \u548c\u7845\u7684\u5148\u8fdb\u7845\u548c\u5316\u5408\u7269\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6750\u6599\u3002\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u91d1\u5c5e\u6709\u673a\u6c14\u76f8\u5916\u5ef6(MOCVD)\u3001\u5206\u5b50\u675f\u5916\u5ef6(MBE) \u548c\u5316\u5b66\u6c14\u76f8\u6c89\u79ef(CVD)\u5236\u9020\u5916\u5ef6\u7247\u7684\u6700\u5927\u72ec\u7acb\u5916\u5305\u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u3002<\/p>\n

IQE \u7531 Drew Nelson \u548c Michael Scott \u4e8e 1988 \u5e74\u521b\u7acb\uff0c\u524d\u8eab\u662fEpitaxial Products International ( EPI )\u3002\u6700\u521d\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u4e13\u95e8\u4e3a\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u4e8e\u5149\u7ea4\u901a\u4fe1\u7684\u5149\u7535\u8bbe\u5907\u751f\u4ea7\u5916\u5ef6\u7247\u3002\u91d1\u5c5e\u6709\u673a\u5316\u5b66\u6c14\u76f8\u6c89\u79ef (MOCVD)\u6280\u672f\u7528\u4e8e\u751f\u4ea7\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u6fc0\u5149\u5668\u3001\u53d1\u5149\u4e8c\u6781\u7ba1(LED) \u548c\u5149\u7535\u63a2\u6d4b\u5668\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7528\u4e8e\u5728 1300 nm \u548c 1550 nm \u7684\u6ce2\u957f\u4e0b\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u957f\u8ddd\u79bb\u5149\u7ea4\u901a\u4fe1\u3002<\/p>\n

1999 \u5e74\uff0cEpitaxial Products International \u4e0e\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5bbe\u5915\u6cd5\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u7684 Quantum Epitaxial Designs (QED) \u5408\u5e76\uff0c\u6210\u7acb\u4e86 IQE\u3002QED \u7531 Tom Hierl \u521b\u7acb\u3002<\/p>\n

\u540c\u6837\u5728 1999 \u5e74\uff0c\u65b0\u5408\u5e76\u7684\u5b9e\u4f53\u5728\u6b27\u6d32 Easdaq (\u7eb3\u65af\u8fbe\u514b\u6b27\u6d32) \u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u5f00\u52df\u80a1(IPO)\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u4e00\u5e74\u540e\u5728\u4f26\u6566\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e0e QED \u7684\u5408\u5e76\u4e3a\u8be5\u96c6\u56e2\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u57fa\u4e8e\u5206\u5b50\u675f\u5916\u5ef6(MBE) \u6280\u672f\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u5236\u9020\u5de5\u5177\u548c\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u65e0\u7ebf\u7535\u4fe1\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u5408\u5e76\u540e\uff0cIQE \u6210\u4e3a\u7b2c\u4e00\u5bb6\u4f7f\u7528 MOCVD \u548c MBE \u6280\u672f\u751f\u4ea7\u5149\u7535\u548c\u5c04\u9891 (RF) \u5916\u5ef6\u6676\u5706\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u5916\u5305\u5236\u9020\u5546\u3002\u4f2f\u5229\u6052\u5de5\u5382\u4e13\u95e8\u751f\u4ea7\u591a\u79cd\u65e0\u7ebf\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5047\u6676\u9ad8\u7535\u5b50\u8fc1\u79fb\u7387\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1(pHEMT) \u548c\u91d1\u5c5e\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u573a\u6548\u5e94\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1(MESFET)\u3002<\/p>\n

2000 \u5e74\uff0c\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u6210\u7acb\u4e86\u4e00\u5bb6\u65b0\u7684\u5168\u8d44\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4e13\u95e8\u4ece\u4e8b\u7845\u57fa\u5916\u5ef6\u751f\u957f\u3002IQE Silicon \u6210\u7acb\u4e8e\u6bd7\u90bb\u96c6\u56e2\u603b\u90e8\u548c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u82f1\u56fd\u5a01\u5c14\u58eb\u5361\u8fea\u592b\u7684\u6b27\u6d32\u5236\u9020\u57fa\u5730\u7684\u65b0\u5de5\u5382\u3002<\/p>\n

\u65b0\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\u4f7f\u7528\u5316\u5b66\u6c14\u76f8\u6c89\u79ef(CVD) \u5de5\u5177\u751f\u4ea7\u7845\u548c\u9517\u5916\u5ef6\u6676\u7247\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u7845\u52a0\u5de5\u6027\u80fd\u3001\u5fae\u673a\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf(MEMS) \u548c\u7eb3\u7c73\u6280\u672f\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

\u540c\u6837\u5728 2000 \u5e74\uff0c\u8be5\u96c6\u56e2\u6536\u8d2d\u4e86\u4f4d\u4e8e\u82f1\u56fd\u7c73\u5c14\u987f\u51ef\u6069\u65af\u7684 Wafer Technology \u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u6536\u8d2d\u4e3a\u8be5\u96c6\u56e2\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u7837\u5316\u9553(GaAs) \u548c\u78f7\u5316\u94df(InP)\u886c\u5e95\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u751f\u4ea7\uff0c\u5e76\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u7528\u4e8e\u7ea2\u5916\u5e94\u7528\u7684\u9511\u5316\u9553(GaSb) \u548c\u9511\u5316\u94df(InSb)\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n

2006 \u5e74\uff0c\u96c6\u56e2\u4ece Emcore \u624b\u4e2d\u6536\u8d2d\u4e86\u7535\u5b50\u6750\u6599\u90e8\u95e8\uff0c\u4e3a IQE \u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4f4d\u4e8e\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u8428\u9ed8\u585e\u7279\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4e2a\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e1a\u52a1\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u6536\u8d2d\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u589e\u52a0\u4e86 MOCVD \u4ea7\u80fd\u548c\u4e92\u8865\u5c04\u9891 (RF) \u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5f02\u8d28\u7ed3\u53cc\u6781\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1(HBT) \u548c\u53cc\u6781\u573a\u6548\u5e94\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1(BiFET)\u3002<\/p>\n
